They are suitable for beginners, intermediates, advanced swimmers, and triathletes. Choose an individual package for focused attention and one-on-one practice, or select a package for two and share sessions with a friend or partner for added motivation. For an even more social setting, bring together a private group of 3–6 people and enjoy a custom swim program that works for everyone involved.
