Service Description

Good swimming technique is just one aspect of the overall equation. We also need to develop good stamina—endurance and strength—to maintain our technique when fatigued. Additionally, it’s essential to enhance our breathing capacity and improve our overall swimming performance. The workouts aim to enhance strength, endurance, and technique through challenging exercises. This class also helps you improve your swimming skills by mixing the workout load with various swimming styles. This class is designed for advanced swimmers who can swim several laps of Freestyle. Intermediate swimmers are also welcome to join, although they may find it more challenging at first. We will adjust the workout to meet your individual needs. Participating will enhance all the skills necessary to become a better swimmer.
